Operations Manager

Sydney CBD | Hybrid Working | Mon/Wed/Fri Office Days

Join an award-winning Technology & Defence specialist Workforce Solutions business supporting some of Australia’s most critical and future-focused programs

The Network is growing, and we are looking for a high-performing Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of our business.

This is not a traditional back-office operations role. This is an opportunity to step into a commercially influential position within a fast-moving, people-driven organisation operating across Technology, Defence, Government and emerging sovereign capability programs.

You’ll work directly alongside senior leadership, influence business operations nationally, and play a critical role in helping scale a modern workforce solutions business with an outstanding reputation in the Australian market.

Based in our premium Sydney CBD office overlooking Barangaroo, this role offers hybrid flexibility with in-office collaboration days on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Why Join The Network?

The Network is an award-winning recruitment and workforce solutions firm, proudly part of Sovereign Capability Group. We partner with some of Australia’s most recognised organisations across Federal Government, Defence, Commercial Enterprise and mission-critical technology environments.

As part of the broader Sovereign Capability Group ecosystem, we are also connected to nationally significant capability programs spanning:

  • Defence Industry

  • AI & Emerging Technology

  • Mission-Critical Systems

  • Engineering

  • Nuclear Supply Chain Services

  • Sovereign Capability Programs

This is an environment for ambitious professionals who enjoy pace, ownership, autonomy and being part of a high-performing sales environment with a fun, energetic culture and genuine growth trajectory.

No two days will look the same.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-performance environments, enjoys solving problems, loves bringing structure to moving parts, and takes pride in creating operational excellence behind the scenes.
